On Friday 24th March, 2023, Hon. Shadrack Mwangolo Mwadime, EBS, MBS, Principal Secretary, Ministry of Mining, Blue economy and Maritime Affairs of the Republic of Kenya was hosted by H.E. Amb. Boniface Mwilu, Ambassador of the Republic of Kenya to Qatar. The PS was on transit from Sri Lanka after attending the Third Meeting of the Indian Ocean Rim Association’s (IORA) Working Group on Maritime Safety and Security (WGMSS) which was held in Colombo on 20th March 2023 with the participation of the 23 IORA Member States.
