CERTIFICATE OF NO IMPEDIMENT TO MARRIAGE
To facilitate issue of certificate of no impediment to marriage, we require the below form properly filled and returned to the Embassy .
Requirements:
- Complete Form 7 (below) Fill Two copies.
- Two Photocopies of your passport – pages 29 – 32 and the Bio data page
- Two copies of Birth certificate
- Two copies of the passport of the would be bride or bride groom
- Fee of QR. 240
NB: Any incomplete application will be returned.
Processing: please note the application could take up to 3 months or more.
Note also that the Kenya Government neither acknowledges nor endorses same-sex marriages.
