Qatar Airways
On 5th March, 2023. Hon. Moses Kuria, Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Investments, Trade and Industry (MITI) of the Republic of Kenya met with Mr. Akbar Al- Baker, Group Chief Executive Officer, Qatar Airways. He was accompanied by H.E. Boniface Mwilu, Ambassador of the Republic of Kenya to Qatar.
The CS held talks with the CEO and talked of ways to boost the warm and excellent relationship and partnerships between the two countries. Both countries have a long-standing beneficial relationship and currently Qatar Airways was among the largest employers of Kenyans employing over 2,000 Kenyans in various capacities.
